Lallemand presents yet another innovation on the market: a simple and practical solution for inoculating lactic acid bacteria in barrels - selected lactic acid bacteria (Oenococcus oeni) in the form of tablets. Very easy to use, one tablet is applied per 250 litre barrel (maximum volume of the barrel to be inoculated) and the bacteria quickly dissolve and disperse completely throughout the wine. Tested and approved for its effectiveness, MALOTABS™ is available for white and red wines, obtaining fresh, fruity and balanced wines on the palate. For use in sequential inoculation (after finishing AF).
