Inside you will find an in-dept description of each product and how to use and store it, listed per product group. On page 18-19 is a succinct reference guide to help you select your yeast strain and on page 32 is the list of products which are suitable for organic use. Additionally, the catalogue also contains information on bioprotection solutions, fermentation guidelines, solutions for low SO2 wines and how to ferment juice with high levels of sugar, to name a few. On page 20 you will find a comprehensive product table that can help to identify which yeast strain is best for specific wine varietals. Under the Special Yeast Derivates category (p61) the specific product function or end goal are listed including the directions for use.
