? From all around the world, the Lallemand Oenology Team gathered for our annual internal technical meeting in the peaceful and gorgeous setting of Stevenson, Washington, in the US. ?️

Wine science, wine research, winemaking and winegrowing innovations was part of the fruitful discussions and lively exchanges. There was insightful wine tasting sessions, great food, greater wines, lots of laughs and bonding with friends and team members. What a week it was! What a team it is!

It was such a pleasure to learn and spend these days with this incredible team!
