Our protocols to restart stuck malolactic fermentation
We have developed two easy specific protocols one with Oenococcus oeni (LALVIN VP41™) and one with Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (ML PRIME™) to restart a stuck malolactic fermentation (MLF).
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum
ML PRIME™ can be THE solution in case of high SO₂ content.
If you want to use ML PRIME™, a lab pre-test protocol is mandatory before using it at winery scale.
Download by clicking on the picture our protocol, using ML PRIME™ to restart a stuck MLF. Please follow carefully each step. ⬅
