Lallemand Oenology has a distinct vision of innovation to combine leading-edge science led by a multidisciplinary team. We dedicate our research to understand and find solutions from vine to wine with the goal to respect and maintain wine quality with natural microbiological products.
We continuously invest in cutting edge research: selection, characterization, development and production of natural wine yeasts and their derivatives, as well as natural wine bacteria, to control fermentation and improve wine quality.
