STIMULA SAUVIGNON BLANC™ is an organic nitrogen source that contributes YAN while stimulating the yeast’s ability to reveal and enhance varietal compounds in white and rosé wines. Sauvignon blanc™ is particularly rich in panthotenate, thiamine, folic acid and zinc and manganese in order to optimize the uptake of 4MMP and 3MH precursors and their bioconversion to volatile thiols. Added at the beginning of fermentation, the specific formulation helps yeast take up aroma precursors (varietal thiols, terpenes, and nor-isoprenoids) and convert them into odour-active compounds. Enhances varietal characteristics resulting in increased tropical fruits, citrus, and grassy aromas.
