Our protocols to restart stuck malolactic fermentation

Our protocols to restart stuck malolactic fermentation
We have developed two easy specific protocols one with Oenococcus oeni (LALVIN VP41™) and one with Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (ML PRIME™) to restart a stuck malolactic fermentation (MLF).

Oenococcus oeni

Three selected products (RESKUE™, LALVIN VP41™ and ML RED BOOST™) are the winning combination to restart MLF in difficult conditions.

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum

ML PRIME™ can be THE solution in case of high SO₂ content.

If you want to use ML PRIME™, a lab pre-test protocol is mandatory before using it at winery scale.
